Use of Our Services
By using TG Notary Now's services, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the booking, identity verification, and notarization process.
- You understand that a notary verifies the identity of the signer and performs the notarial act, but does not verify the truthfulness, legality, or accuracy of the contents of any document.
- You are responsible for ensuring your documents meet the legal requirements for their intended purpose.
- TG Notary Now reserves the right to refuse or terminate service when fraud, identity concerns, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms are suspected.
Payments
To provide secure and efficient service:
- Payment processing is provided by Intuit Payments Inc. (QuickBooks Payments).
- A deposit or payment may be required before your appointment is confirmed.
- Additional notarial acts, travel fees, witnesses, after-hours services, or other requested services may result in additional charges.
- Final charges are based on the services actually performed during the appointment.
- By submitting payment, you authorize Intuit Payments Inc. to process your payment for services provided by TG Notary Now.
TG Notary Now does not store complete credit card numbers or security codes (CVV).
Refunds
- Fees for completed notarial services are generally non-refundable.
- If an appointment cannot be completed due to technical issues, system failures, or circumstances within TG Notary Now's control, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
Legal Compliance
TG Notary Now provides notarial services only.
We do not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or guarantee that any document will be accepted by another organization or governmental agency.
Notarial services are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the commissioned notary performing the notarial act.
Privacy & Security
TG Notary Now is committed to protecting customer information.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Personal information is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Payment processing is provided by Intuit Payments Inc.
- Identity verification and security technologies may be used to prevent fraud.
- Customer information is protected using commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

Technical Requirements
To complete a remote online notarization, you must:
- Have a stable internet connection.
- Have a functioning webcam and microphone.
- Present a valid, government-issued photo identification.
- Follow the instructions of the commissioned notary during the appointment.
- Participate from a private location suitable for identity verification.
Failure to meet these requirements may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
Limitation of Liability
TG Notary Now strives to provide reliable and legally compliant services; however, we are not responsible for:
- Rejection of notarized documents by third parties.
- Errors or omissions contained within customer documents.
- Delays caused by customer internet connectivity or equipment.
- Events outside our reasonable control, including outages or force majeure events.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
Record Retention
TG Notary Now retains notarial records and transaction information for the period required by applicable law.
Payment and accounting records are retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of TG Notary Now after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
